Improvements at London Heathrow Terminal

The new check-in facilities at London Heathrow Terminal

of an ongoing series of improvements to customer's experience
by putting them in control of their journey.
Passengers who depart from London Heathrow Terminal

the new improved check-in process. A dedicated check-in
host will be available in the Check-in area to show
passengers the most appropriate way to check-in from
the following options:
· Five brand new Self-Serve Check-in kiosks
conveniently located in front of an expanded Fast Bag
Drop area for all passengers with luggage.
· Eleven Self-Serve Check-in kiosks located
around the central pillars on the approach to UK Check-in
· An Executive Club desk for Gold and Silver
members
· A conventional check-in area
Passengers who have used Online Check-in can use the
Self-Serve kiosks to collect their boarding pass. If
they have luggage they can drop it off at the Fast Bag
Drop desk.
