Swedish regional carrier Skyways has started a flight
link between Birmingham and Stockholm. As of 28th of
March the airline operates two flights a day Mondays
to Saturdays and a daily Sunday service.
Skyways uses a 48-seat Embraer 145 jet on the route,
with connections to almost 20 destinations across Sweden.
Skyways operates 31 aircraft on 11 international and
18 domestic routes, carrying 1.3 million passengers
last year.
The airline has co-ordinated timetables with SAS to
offer other connections in Scandinavia, Finland and
the Baltic states.
