Flight Reservations
- Our computerised system - SABRE, provides
instant availability details and confirmation of all scheduled
airlines. Sabre also works out and guarantees the
very cheapest published fare for a requested routing.
Additionally, we have in-house access to all the non-published,
consolidated airfares in the marketplace. Therefore we
can almost always offer you a cheaper option than the
published fare, whilst pointing out any restrictions which
may apply.

Passenger Information - We
provide information on check-in times, type of aircraft,
in-flight catering and seat assignment for every itinerary,
whether it be a domestic flight to Scotland or a complex
multi-sector Round-the-World schedule.

Passenger HelpLine - Full
24/7 service for emergency bookings and changes.

Passenger Profiles - We supply
our customers with Passenger
Profile Forms, which when completed and returned are
input into our reservation system to ensure all relevant
details such as Frequent Flyer numbers, airline, travel
class and seating preferences, are entered into every
reservation made on their behalf.

Route/Network Deals - As a
matter of course we would monitor patterns of travel and
if possible would instigate deals with specific carriers.
We would handle the administration of such deals and provide
regular updates and savings reports.

Worldwide Hotel Reservations
- We offer hotel reservations
worldwide with instant availability status and confirmation.
Our Advantage/Focus Membership gives us access to the
lowest corporate rates at most major hotel chains including
Sheraton, Hilton, Hyatt and Intercontinental.

hire, Ferry Crossings, EuroTunnel Bookings, Rail Tickets,
Passport, Visa and Health Advice.

Confirmations - All reservations
are confirmed by fax or email. The itineraries show all
flight numbers, aircraft types, air fares and seat arrangements.

Travel Documents Delivery -
E-Tickets are now available for most flight bookings but
if we still need to get travel documents to you we use
Royal Mail Special Delivery to guarantee arrival by 9am
the following working day.

Management Reports - We can
provide monthly reports, showing passenger names, routings,
carriers used and fares paid.

Financial Arrangements - Payment
for travel services can be made by invoice or credit/debit
card. Our standard Trading Terms apply.
