SAS Business Class Ground Service

• Flight Reservations - Complete Flexibility allowing you to rebook and change your flight as many times as you want. You receive a full refund if you have to cancel.

• Dedicated Business Class Lounges - relax in pleasant surroundings or prepare for your important business appointments.

• Advance Seat Reservation - Book the seat of your choice on all SAS aircraft.

• Travel Services - Arrange hotels, rental cars, and much more when you make your flight reservation.

• Advanced Check-In
  - Check-In at selected SAS Business Hotels when you pay your hotel bill
  - Telephone Check-In - in selected cities, you can check in by telephone for same day departures.
  - Return Check-In - on most routes (including international flights), you can check in for your outward and return flights at the same time if you only have cabin baggage and are returning the same day.
  - Through Check-In - to your final destination when connecting between SAS flights.
  - Self Service - automated, self-service check-in machines are available at some airports.
  - Lounge Check-in - available in most SAS Lounges.

SAS Business Class Cabin Service

• Separate Cabin Area - You can enjoy the calm, secluded atmosphere of a separate cabin area.

• More Comfort - Special Business Class seats have been fitted in all SAS aircraft.
  Footrests are installed in Business Class on all DC-9-41/MD80/MD90 and Boeing 767 aircraft.
  Seating on the SAS intercontinental fleet is designed to give ample leg- and elbowroom. Swiveling tables ease access to and from your seat.
  Business Class chairs on intercontinental flights feature softer and adjustable lumbar support and a horizontally and vertically adjustable headrest.
  Softer armrests are installed on DC-9-41/MD-80 aircraft.
  Additional wardrobes for coats and jackets are also available.

• PC-Laptop Power - Passengers who need to use their notebook PC's during a flight won't have to worry about the battery running low if they are traveling in SAS Business Class aboard a plane with the EmPower® or KID-System In-Seat Power Supply System.

• Newspapers and Magazines - A wide selection of complimentary newspapers and (on intercontinental flights) magazines is available on board.

• Upgraded Meal Service - A new in-flight menu concept, “Scandinavian World Cooking”, has been introduced on SAS international routes. Meals are complemented with a choice of fine wines. SAS is a member of the exclusive Chaîne de Rôtisseurs.

• SAS Business Sleeper - Seats, fully reclinable to the sleeping position, are available at a surcharge on SAS intercontinental flights. The seats have a new cushion - making the leg-rest longer and softer.

• À la Carte Dining - A personalised à la carte menu is offered on intercontinental flights.

• Music and Movies - Enjoy the in-flight entertainment with electronic noise-reducing earphones, delivering excellent sound on our eight-channel audio system. You can watch specially selected movies and daily news programs, and follow your flight-path continuously on “moving map” monitors. With a personal video player you have the choice of up to 20 movie titles.

• Telephones on Board - Onboard SAS' Long Haul flights telephones for direct-dial calls throughout the world are installed in the armrests or are wall-mounted. Calls can be made with the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, EuroCard, MasterCard, JCB, and Visa.
