The form below creates a CSV download for you to return to Wayte Travel’s Operations team. Please add as many travellers to the table below as you wish, download the CSV file and attach to the email that will open for you.
Completing the basic name and email will allow the Operations team to build and send credentials for the travellers to create their own profiles securely within Wayte Travel’s profile system.
The email address provided must be unique, if the traveller would like someone else to manage their profile, please contact onboarding@waytetravel.co.uk
Please ensure the download is sent to onboarding@waytetravel.co.uk in its raw form, editing the file will cause the upload to Wayte Travel’s profile system to fail.
The data entered into this form is not stored or transmitted only saved locally to your device, please ensure you do not leave the page before downloading the file as the table will need to be populated again.

Our office hours are 08.30 – 17.30, Monday – Friday (UK time).
What happens if I need assistance outside office times?
Our Out Of Hours service is available for reservations and changes outside of our standard office hours. Please contact:

What should I do if I have an existing reservation with another agent / online?
The previous agent/airline will retain responsibility for all reservations made with them regardless of the date of travel. If you need to make amendments, cancel or change you will need to do this through them.
What kind of confirmation should I expect from Wayte for new bookings?
All air and hotel bookings will receive an e-mail confirmation, containing full details of your itinerary.
Please ensure that you check all details of your itinerary upon receipt
Itinerary details can be uploaded into calendars such as Outlook or Lotus Notes and travellers can register to be notified of changes (flight delays, cancellations) by SMS text.
Who will need to complete a traveller profile form?
Any employee who travels on company business regularly should complete a traveller profile form. This will enable us to provide accurate bookings each and every time. By providing this information, you will experience a more efficient and effective service when making travel enquiries and bookings. However, by not providing this information you will need to provide these details for every booking made as they will not be stored for future use unless you consent by completing the form.
