The overall satisfaction rate was 90% which BenchmarQ classify as ‘exceptionally good’ although we are striving for an even higher score next time.

We as a company use Wayte Travel Management on a daily basis for all of our travel requirements and they are absolutely fantastic! Our main contact is Sharon from the Business Travel Sales team and i could not be happier with the service she provides for us. Not only is Sharon quick and extremely helpful, she is also a pleasure to speak to daily. I would absolutely recommend this company for any of your travel needs!!
Wayte travel was recommended to us from the outset. The super efficient Brenda was soon on the case and had sorted out group travel for 27, hotels, transfers all efficiently. Always personable, and timely in her communication, including early Saturday morning when we were on the way to the airport. Could not be faulted. Would highly recommend.
I just wanted to take the opportunity to provide some personal feedback. Pre-pandemic, in the pandemic, post-pandemic, Jana is absolutely on it, super responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and all round just so pleasant to deal with. My flight from Miami was delayed, which meant I didn’t have a hope of making my onward connection. I called the 24 hour help desk, and spoke with a great girl who calmly confirmed that I was already booked on the next flight and to get to the check in to get my new boarding pass.
When I managed to get Wi-Fi, there was already an e-mail confirmation of my rebooking from Wayte.
Now that is impressive! Even before I knew I had a problem, they had already sorted it for me and I managed to get home that same day.
