Jana has been amazingly helpful with her travel solutions and speedy responses, helping us out of plenty of sticky situations. She’s always at the end of the phone or replying to my emails immediately and getting flight details over to me even at the weekends! It’s very reassuring that we know we have someone we can rely on.
My flight from Miami was delayed, which meant I didn’t have a hope of making my onward connection. I called the 24 hour help desk, and spoke with a great girl who calmly confirmed that I was already booked on the next flight and to get to the check in to get my new boarding pass.
When I managed to get Wi-Fi, there was already an e-mail confirmation of my rebooking from Wayte.
Now that is impressive! Even before I knew I had a problem, they had already sorted it for me and I managed to get home that same day.
I bombard John daily with requests, updates, and amendments, yet nothing is too much trouble and he always has time to speak with me to go through our requirements – which are multiple! He understands the needs and preferences of each passenger and makes booking seamless which is vital to our business.
Shaun has been an absolute star over a hotel drama for Phil. He never fails to impress and deliver, and remains constantly calm with a personality.

We are very proud to have such a devoted partner, whose service has enabled our teams to focus on technical solutions whilst they have taken care of getting our people in the right place, at the right time and with minimal fuss. I’d like to praise your out of hours service, which I have used a number of times, and your team member Nicky, in particular. I was given your email address by her at my request so that I could give you my feedback. I have generally found your out of hours team to be very good (which has not been my usual experience of travel agents at all) and Nicky was excellent in every respect (courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and understanding).
It saves me time for Wayte to sort out the arrangements and if anything goes wrong there is an out of office number which can be contacted. We also very often have last minute changes which are dealt with straight away.
I can’t think of any improvements for business travel bookings. I find the service provided very good and efficient.
They are just very good, I would describe them as the John Lewis of travel
I normally deal with Hazel Garner, who I have found to be friendly, pleasant, helpful and very efficient and at times has worked so hard on my behalf that she has deserved a medal!!
In Hazel’s absence, I have dealt with Joanne Macready who I have also found to be very pleasant, helpful and efficient
I cannot suggest any improvement in Wayte as they provide an excellent service and friendliness at all times
