My flight from Miami was delayed, which meant I didn’t have a hope of making my onward connection. I called the 24 hour help desk, and spoke with a great girl who calmly confirmed that I was already booked on the next flight and to get to the check in to get my new boarding pass.
When I managed to get Wi-Fi, there was already an e-mail confirmation of my rebooking from Wayte.
Now that is impressive! Even before I knew I had a problem, they had already sorted it for me and I managed to get home that same day.

John has been extremely supportive, helpful and patient with arranging our travel needs. John is unflappable under pressure – more than can be said for myself! – when dealing with our extensive, complex and very often last minute arrangements.
John has been my go-to point of contact at Wayte Travel, and has made my life easier by focusing his attention to our needs, which gives me time to deal with other areas. He covers all bases when changes are made to existing travel, shows awareness of time zones and travel timings and often thinks of things that I haven’t. I know when I leave something with him, I can rely on John to get us the best fares, routes (and seats!) possible to get our team to where they need to be.
I bombard John daily with requests, updates and amendments, yet nothing is too much trouble and he always has time to speak with me to go through our requirements – which are multiple! He understands the needs and preferences of each passenger and makes booking seamless which is vital to our business.
